whn account is opened on 1st of the month to 10th of the month, minimum balance cannot be zero for tht month, as there will be some money present 10th onwards.

but if account is opened any day after 10th, say 11th or 15th, this means that on 10th of the month there was no money in th account, so thtz th minimum balance fr th month.
