| ans1.QC means end of a 100 km survey n beginning of anothewr 100kms ans 2.yes afghanistan and myanmar are part of SAARC they were included on 26th march 2006 ans4.brackish is an area with salty water so the water is not suitable for drinking but is used for washin clothes and utensils ans5.these streams dont join any river because these are disappearing streams they are dry because of scanty rainfall ans 6.the best soil for fruit cultivation is black soil because it has all the eessential minerals present and also has humus above all it has high water retention capacity ans 11.in trellised pattern the streams join the main river at a 90 degree angle in dendritic they are like branches of a tree emerging from anywhere ans 12.(MOST IMP)for geography you get 9 ques out of which you are to attemp only 5 so do any 6 chptrs do the topo sheet nicely and be perfect with map you get 1 combined question from all the 3 agriculture chptrs,2 combined questions on position and extent and physical divisions rest all have separate questions so study accordingly |
