| in absence of light,plants develop a yellowish pigment etiolin intead of chlorophyll.d leaves acquire a yellowish color n t stems become pale,thin n long.this is known as d etiolation of plants. |

| etiolin all are rubish dont break your head with it our teacher tild it happens when chlorophyll degenerate when starch is removed
