now coming to human anatomy!!

1. nervous sys:

a) the structure that protects eyeball and maintains its shape....is it vitreus humour or sclera?
b) dilation of blood vessels and slowing of heart beat is done by para-sympathetic or sympathetic n.sys?
c) what is the function of otoliths in human ear?

2. reproductive sys:

a) is oestrogen secreted by ovary or corpus leuteum or placenta? actually, it has been given under all three headings!!! in a q.bank, they have given ovary as the ans!!! Suspect

b) corpus leuteum secretes what?

c) the hormone which stimulates contraction of uterus during child birth- it is progesterone???? there are diff answers in diff books..

3. health:

ther was a q: name the combined vaccine given to babies to build immunity against 3 diseases.

so, all of us wrote DPT...my genius teacher told its wrong..she said its MMR-mumps measles n rubella Suspect

3a i would've also written DPT, cause there's a table in concise giving a list of vaccines to be taken at appropriate timings.

.but corpus leutem..............is aktually secreting dese inside d ovary so to be more precise answer corpus leutem..........

oxytocin helps in conraction of uterus during child birth......... itzz secreted by posterior pituaitary........

and DPT id d vaciine given to babies..........
