New host and forum changes

Hi guys this is a very great forum.But there are certain things that i don't like about it.1. webhosting 2. forums skins and appeal.However I can try to fix up these for you and promise to make a great forum.

nice theme but it uses
Version :Phpbb 2and i think this forum is in phpbb 3 version so ...

this is a educational site so it should have simple skin like goiit.com
