| i think this statement is wrong take this eg. case 1: if A is in room a and B is in room b such that room a & b are connected by a long tunnel and A and B are standing on the ends of the tunnels in their rooms. If there is compleate darkness in room a and light is on in room b then B can be seen by A but A can't be seen by B...... so what about this case......... case 2 however if you are talking about 2 person on top of 2 different hills then i think that by principle of reversibility of light. The principle of reversibility states that light will follow exactly the same path if its direction of travel is reversed your statement is true only in presence of proper light in both the place that is in case 2 by principle of reversibility of light. Plz. keep asking such cool questions to keep the forum active.

| law of reflection + law of reversibility together explain this phenomenon.we observe this in day to day life too, whn we are able to view using mirror at unimaginable angles. |
