what are your opinion guys..?? I say do lot of grammer questions from previous year qn paprs and from other text books...thats what we've been doing for the past 1 year...right..?

essays are definitely "non practisable"...! its all upto one's imagination and it depends on the candidate...!

anyone else preparing in any other way...? Laughing

try sticking to the box type format whr u have the address in the left hand side of the ppr...
u may have studied the indented form but icse teachers prefer more of the box form..
its rather scoring than the indented form... English 1 Icon_smile

hey everyone writing isc, should we write only factual things in "report writing" or can we just make up stuff as well?? cos in the 2006 paper the report title was "INDIAN SPORTS STAR SHINES" and in this report will they accept something that's not true?

they usually give the hints below the question. Using that we must make up an story.

For eg: in 2007, the report was to write a report on an accident in a building site, in which we are a PWD Investigation Probe member. We must write a report using the hints that they usually provide.

jus check the 2007 questn. I dont think we can make up a true story over that bro.
I think we can do some made up story. I did it in the xth boards.

why take a risk of not getting enough points while writinng a factual blah blah when we could easily include anything we want in our imaginative story..?
