| I have a written contract, including a commissioner of oath, back from 2007 with an individual located in Edmonton. She took title to a condo also located in Edmonton back in 2007 with her own mortgage. I contributed $40,000 in this condo, which in this contract has made me a proportionate investor. The total cost of the condo was $160,000; therefore my proportionate interest was 25%.
The problem here is that she has completely cut me off from any financial decision related to this contract from day 1. For example, when I ask that the property be listed for [Bad word deleted], she has consistently refused. She refuses to show me any bills or rental incomes as well.
