Throat injury muscle trauma help?

Okay so two days ago i got hit in the throat by a skateboard truck and I'm finding it incredibly hard to talk without pain. I was in the garage on my pogo stick and it slipped and i fell really fast and slammed the right side of my face into the cement floor. I took a skateboard to the throat and my tooth went into my lip. I also have a sore and bruised upper nose. The pain in my throat has gotten so bad that I cant eat or take pills for pain due to how hard it is to sallow. My throat is incredibly sore and horribly painful. I have been hit in the nose by a metal baseball bat and this is a lot worse than breaking my nose like that. Please help me i am considering Marijuana as an alternative medicine even though its illegal. I'm just hurting so much. I'm pretty sure my throat is swollen but its not much harder to breath so thats good. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.Thank you
