Instead of searching for important chapters find out which are the chapters in which you are really strong . You should be absolutely thorough with those chapters so that whatever be the question you should be able to answer them. Having said so I must mention you should take extra care to prepare the chapters like Electricity. Optics, motion If you want to study Science later.
