i had 2 do a project for student management case 3(marks card) works fine but case 1 and 2(FILE HANDLING) troubles me..............
pls hlp.......
i've to accept a student entry in case 1 and delete a student entry in case 2.........
i've attached the incomplete program pls rectify it and post it.............

Sorry i won't be able to help as my linux os in which i have java installed has crashed.I can't install java on XP as on doing so my sisters software which is also based on java doesn't work.... VERY VERY SORRY for that....

i am trying to fix my comp. some hal.dll is missing so it is not able to boot.If i am able to fix that error i will surely see your program.I don't wan't to work on the code without installing java as it is a project type ques. so plz understand..

no the problem is that Hal.dll is specific for linux and windows installed(.AND LAST TIME i faced the simlar problem i pasted ddl by copying it from net and my XP also stooped working.My computer is having imp. data related to Engg. forms that I have filled and I don't want to risk the data.Thats why I am not trying anything till i have taken backup of all data.I have read a method to correct this prob. by recreating boot.ini file using xp cd but i won't try that before taking backups.And since i have to take backup of nearly 20-30 gb data I won't be able to do that myself.My dad says that he will probably do that on Sunday when he is free.

Now coming to your program.I think i may still help you without java if you may tell me exact prob. that you are facing.Plz tell me if you getting any compilation/runtime error or you have prob. in logic of some part.I will try my best to help you but i really can't install/use the linux java on my system before sunday.
