I want to know whether the following concepts are there in the syllabus:

1 What is regelation?

2 latent heat of vaporization

3 Should we be able to draw diagrams for finding specific latent heat of fusion/vaporization and specific heat capacity?

4 will they ask us to describe the various expts? (eg. describe an expt to find the principal focus of convex lens, describe Edisson's discovery of thermionic emission, etc)

5) do we have to learn the carbon dating in detail?

6) photoelectric effect is not in syllabus ...isnt it?

7) diode, triode valves

SO, take some time and answer these questions!! Smile

And, in math....do we have to round off the amount to the nearest 10th for every month in banking? cyclops

No,i guess such questions have been removed from our syllabus

if amt in banking is 1243 then it is 1240, ,1777 is 1780..u hav eto rounf to next tens place. but 1355 is 1350 not 1360

well kanika carbon dating is the use of radioactive emissionz to find out the age of ancient rocks and fossils.

nd latent heat of vap is there..its V V IMP.

john...wat round off??? about banking???? i never rounded off the minimum monthly balance to the nearest tens....

was thiss....in the last minute so much confusion!!!!!!

n yeah...i checked in the syllabus, latent heat of fusion is mentioned not vaporization....ths y i asked......anyway....its similar only!! so we can learn about it briefly cyclops

if an account is CLOSED on the last day of the month, like oct 31st do u consider d month 4 minimum balance????
