how can the prime minister be removed?????
what does article 74 relate to and whta does it provide?????????

| .As per article 74 of the constitution, there should be a council of ministers with the prime minister acting as it head, who in turn advices the president. As a matter of fact, the real power lies with the council of ministers. |

| i think PMO is the cabinet? it formulates various policies and laws PM can be removed by passing a no confidence motion against him by the lok sabha |

| in president's executive functions it's given that he presides over the joint session,but in speaker's function ,it's given that he is the one who presides over it(i am using goyal) anyway i'll clear it 2mrw after asking 2 my teacher so plssss wait or plsssss anyone answer |

| censure motion is the no confidence motion passed by lok sabha, indicating their displeasure with one or more ministers the council has to resign, if a censure motion is passed against one min., due to collective responsibility |

| da censure motion needs to specify the grounds on which it is based, where as the no-confidence can be valid widout specifying the grounds of complaint.. this the correct difference i suppose.... |
