I got these questions in the pre-board....try if you guys know the answer....i dont know whether my answers are correct of not....

1) Sloughing of the uterine wall during menstrual flow is called-

write the odd one out for the following with Reasons:

1)Photolysis of water-All the rest occur during respiration while this takes place during photosynthesis.
2)not sure Embarassed

but i think its touch me not cuz all the rest are concerned with transpiration.
3)not sure either Mad

but it should be methylene blue since all the rest are components of the starch test.

hey...John....yeah i know, menstrual cycle isnt there in the syllabus.....but last year there was a question in name the following:
the onset of menstruation in female at the age of 13- menarche....actually this isnt there in the syllabus too....

odd one out:

1) production of ATP takes place in PHOTOSYNTHESIS Not Respiration!!! production of ATP is the photophosphorylation reaction during Light Reaction in Photosynthesis.... Very Happy

so..i dont think thts the answer

i think its breakdown of glucose.....coz this takes place in Respiration and others during Photosynthesis...

2)even i dont know...i wrote transpiration....coz others are related to the effects of turgor pressure...

3)NO idea scratch

coz i think all are related to starch test! we boil the leaf in methylated spirit to test the starch....this is the stupidest question!

..that's it(only their definitions).so last years question was valid.

sorry abt the wrong 'ATP' ans..i didnt read the ques properly...but even ur ans is wrong..cuz absorption of 02 takes place in respiration.so frankly speaking...ur ques doesnt have any right answer Razz

yes...thts what i was also telling in the school to my friends...but i dont have the guts to tell this to the teacher....the question only is wrong....i hope this doesnt happen with the board
