| How does the wavelength of light change when it travels from air to glass? why? my answer: wavelength decreases. Reason: the speed of light decreases in glass, coz glass is denser than air. so, v=wavelenth x frequency frequency remains constant,...so, wavelength decreases... now, Frnds,,,tell me if i am correct...i have a doubt in my answer |

| d speed of light is different in all mediums ....................and anu u r rit...........v=w*f dats y wavelength in glass......also varies..............
take f constant so more d velocity more d wavelength as dey r directly proportional to each other!!!

| wavelenth decreases but frequency remains same..so light rays bend |
