| Good news for those having good % in X & XII and seriously interested in basic science. This year INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND RESEARCH is giving direct admission based on your board’s result.
Direct Admission is open to applicants who have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology in their class 12 board examination. Aptitude Assessment consists of a written test. It will have multiple choice questions on Physics Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology based on CBSE syllabus up to class 12.
ADMISSION VIA 3-CHANNELS
For admission to Dual degree BS-MS programme, following channels will be available:

2. IIT-JEE 2010 Merit List IIT JEE 2010 details available at: www.jee.iitm.ac.in
3. DIRECT ADMISSION: Students securing marks above cut-off, as given in the Cut-Off Table (with relaxations of 10% for SC/ST and 5% for OBC): Selection based on merit and performance in aptitude assessment and counseling
