one of my 4nd did case study on ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION

he sticked 5 electricity bills,3 of them were household two commercial... then he suggested the method by which energy can be saved..and also analysed major areas and equipments in which major part of energy was being used....

I did a case study on Household use of polybags and their safe disposal...

it was be divided into following parts:-

Introduction of Polybags/polythene

Then i pasted 10 sheet each of them had nearly questions 7-8 same questions which were answered by ppl who participated in the survey(they were all my class mates)Eq. ques are you aware of ill effects of Polybags on env,how many polybags do you use per month,do you segregate polybag waste from other biodegradable waste etc etc

in next part i analysed the results of case study like most/few people are aware of effects of polybags, only x% people segregate polybag waste

In the last part I suggested methods by which these ppl may reduce the impacts of polybags on env,like reusing polybags etc.

u cn opt for child labour...
i hd made a cse study on hospital....we visited it n collected information about disposal of waste in the hospitals...........................

u cn also opt for non perishable products or perishable products storage preservation etc of the food products.....

I did a case study on domestic awareness on resource conservation. I went to some 10 households and collected their views and what they do to conserver resources. I went to my neighbours and the rest i used my own imagination! Very Happy

Since you are in SA and construction projects are plenty there..u can probably do a project on how it affects the landscape and other physical factors. Use your creativity...theres lot of things around us...which we can use to our advntge.
